Malzahar is the self-proclaimed Voice of the Foreglow. Traveling from realm to realm, he announces that the Empyreans are symptoms of a greater sickness, the fever designed to fight an infection festering across the dimensions. Whether Malzahar truly speaks for the neon flame is anyone's guess, but for now, he's only just warming up.

An associate of LeBlanc's from her days in Crime City, now established as a mover and shaker in his own right. While the two cross paths on occasion, Malzahar has certain... outside interests to consider, and those business partners have promised him more than any mortal could ever dream of.

Society has become increasingly individualistic and closed off under the Essent's rule. People are encouraged to care only about themselves, so nobody trusts each other. As leader of the long-dead Order of Solace, Malzahar seeks to bring harmony to this dissonant world through the uplifting aura of Solace. He knows that only by coming together can they inspire a better world.
